As our bodies shift into a state of restful awareness experience all of the positive physical benefits of Meditation including: decreased heart rate, normalization of blood pressure, quiet breathing, reduced stress hormones, and strengthened immunity. In mediation we quiet the mind and clear the static. We open the path to our heart wisdom and connection to pure potential. Group Meditation enhances all of these experiences as we feel the ripple effect of peace and share positive energy.  We support individual practice and share this health promoting experience.
