Seasons Greetings!
It is time to release 2018 and set intentions for 2019.
Set some time aside to review your year month by month.
Begin with January…
THE KEY IS TO DO THIS WITH LOVING COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
If you notice a moment of anger, illness, frustration, failure, unhappiness or unkindness ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?”
Notice the emotion/feelings.
Then release it.
Express gratitude for all the joys and abundance you experienced in January. Then let January go.
Continue the same exercise with loving compassion for each month.
You can do this at one sitting or over a few days or a week.
Set aside quiet time and ask yourself the question: WHAT DO I DESIRE?
What you desire can be material, physical, emotional, educational or job related, relational, etc.
Here are some examples:
Choose 3 things you want to manifest in the New Year.
Write them down, make them your passwords, repeat them first thing on the morning, last thing at night and any time In between that your thoughts are negative.
Also, express Gratitude for these things as well as all that is good in your life.
I am grateful for each of you and I wish you Health, Happiness and Abundance in the New Year.
