“I don’t know what your destiny will be, but one thing I know: the only ones among you who will really be happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.” ~ Albert Schweitzer
There are signs of spring here in Oxford. As I walk I notice Spring flowers and trees blooming in gardens. On occasion I feel a gentle breeze replace the strong winter winds. This morning there were two large morning doves slowly traversing the garden pecking for food.
I am aware there is a storm warning in the midwest-winter’s last blast. Whether it takes a week or a month spring is coming. After the long hibernation and quiet of winter spring announces a call to action.
We can all learn from observing and being in nature. Spring fosters new life, growth and energy in nature. We can also focus on our personal energy and growth. The perfect focus is, “ How can I serve?”
As you meditate from your heart center ask the question, “How can I serve?”. When you encounter problems, issues or conflicts rather that jumping in ask the question. Ask with patience and confidence that you will be answered.
“If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.” ~ Eckhart Tolle
