Life occurs in chapters. Many of us experience difficulty when transitioning from one chapter to the next. With work and practice we can learn to embrace transitions and new opportunities, to tune into infinite possibilities and to attract our life’s desires.
I have great joy as a health and wellness teacher. Personally and professionally, I embrace and practice mind, body and spirit wellness.
I will also continue psychotherapy, however, my new chapter is shifting my practice from an illness focus to a wellness focus: body, mind and spirit.
This means looking at the whole person, not just your mind and thoughts. We will look at all aspects of a healthy life including diet, exercise, mindfulness/ meditation practices, relationships and work.
